LEGAL DIVISION
McCall Staffing Associates, Ltd. ("MSA") has provided legal personnel to
approximately 90% of Rochester’s law firms ranging in size from sole
practitioner to multi-office, multi-state firms with over 500 attorneys. MSA
has also worked with insurance companies, corporations, educational
institutions and financial institutions to fill their legal staffing needs.
MSA specializes by the environment, not by the career discipline, and has
placed virtually every position in a legal setting from a Legal Secretary to
an Attorney, from an Administrator to a Marketing Director. MSA is the
Rochester legal community’s #1 choice for their staffing needs.
MEDICAL DIVISION
MSA’s Medical Division provides all levels of personnel for medical
offices, dental offices, clinics and hospitals. We place administrative
staff including Receptionists, Billing Clerks and Transcriptionists, to
Office Managers and Administrators. MSA also provides personnel at the
clinical level from Medical and Dental Assistants, Dental Hygienists, Nurses
and Technician/Technologists, to Nurse Practitioners and Physician
Assistants. Our clients include sole practitioners with an office staff of
two, large groups with 30+ physicians and staffs of 170, to large
hospital/health systems. We work hard at getting to know our clients and
their environments thus enabling us to effectively assist them in selecting
the right candidate the first time. This philosophy has built our reputation
as a leader in the community for medical placement.
CORPORATE DIVISION
MSA prefers to work with small-to-medium size businesses that are in an
aggressive growth mode rather than the larger corporations that are still in
the midst of mergers, reengineering and downsizing. Our diverse Corporate
client base consists of international manufacturing and financial services
companies, to regional and local computer services, property management and
service organizations, to name a few. MSA has placed Controllers to Systems
Administrators, Engineers to Salespeople, Product Managers to Financial

INSURANCE DIVISION
MSA’s Insurance Division provides all levels of personnel to insurance
companies, independent insurance agencies and risk management/insurance
departments of Companies and Corporations.
Job titles include Underwriters, Claims Adjusters, Worker’s
Compensation Specialists, Commercial and Personal Lines CSR’s,
Inside/Outside Sales Representatives, Administrative/Sales Managers and
clerical support personnel. Our
clients include small independent brokers, large national/international
insurance companies and companies that provide insurance-related consulting
services to businesses of all types.
