Administrative Positions

Medical Reception/Assistant

Busy medical office needs an experienced front desk person. 5 line phone system, patient traffic is approximately 40+ patients a day.  Will be responsible for scheduling patients, typing patient information into computer (medent experience highly preferred), answering phones, check in/out, collecting co-payments, verifying insurance information, general office duties, and relaying patient and doctor messages.  Direct Hire position, 8:30am to 5:00pm, M-F.

Medical Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

Approximately 32-35 hr./week, Monday - Friday, hours vary from 8:30-9:00 a.m. to 4:00-6:00 p.m. depending on the day and the doctor's schedule.  Specialty practice near RGH.  Front desk position, patient check in/out, phones, referrals, filing.  Strong secretarial skills required.  $10.00/hr.

Medical Records Clerk

Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm with a 45 minute lunch - $8.00/hr. 

Very busy office, must be pleasant, well presented and ok with grunt work. 

Duties include:

  • Back office - file room
  • Pulling charts for visits/refilling after
  • Pulling for telephone messages/refilling after
  • Pulling for Dr. requests
  • Deliveries to hospital 3-4 times a week to drop off/pick up things
  • Charts/pre-natal records
  • Drs. Summaries and amnio.

Office Manager - Medical

Put your professionalism and skill set to good use working in an OB/GYN office. Position requires the ability to supervise check-ins, medical records, and telephone receptionist personnel and operations. Maintains responsibility for daily administrative operations offices reporting to the Practice Manager. 

Assesses operational systems and implements changes and improvements as needed. Assist the Practice Manager with the hiring, termination, disciplinary process, training and evaluation of front office employees for both offices. Maintains vacation and leave schedules for all clerical employees. Administers and accounts for the office petty cash account, performs daily payment and cash reconciliation and prepares deposit slips and make back deposits. 

Associates degree, preferably bachelors degree and previous office management experience necessary. Direct Hire, competitive wages and benefits.

Clinical Positions

Phlebotomist

Phlebotomist needed to work in an outpatient setting for local hospital.  Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply if you have a minimum of 100 venipunctures. $11.00hr, direct hire + benefits.

Nursing Positions

Clinical Lead - RN or LPN

RN or LPN will work with providers, provide daily supervision of the clinical staff and the handling of patient care. Ensure staff adherence to all regulatory agencies, adhering to OSHA requirements. Responsible for the functioning and processing of laboratory specimens and testing. Responsible for the review and distribution of patient test results, cultures, pathologies, blood work, ultrasounds and patient correspondence. Coordinates and supervises the clinical ordering, laboratory cleanliness and clinical maintenance functions of the office. Facilitates the initial prenatal patient appt., providing patient with prenatal information and education. Must have LPN, RN or equivalent degree, previous OB/GYN exp. preferred. Previous supervisory experience in a medical setting necessary. Greece location.

LPN's (3)

Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to gynecological patients. Takes and records patients' vital signs. Triage, administers specified medication, orally or by subcutaneous or intermuscular injection, and notes time and amount on patients' charts. Requires an LPN license. May inventory and requisition supplies. U of R area and Eastside locations.

LPN or CMA

Medical office hiring for LPN or experienced Medical Assistant for busy office. General triage and ability to multi-task critical. Phones, appointments, scheduling, assist doctors, nurses and patient care. Stable work history and excellent references are needed to be considered for this opportunity.

OB/GYN Triage Nurse

Previous experience working in an OB/GYN office or OB/GYN experience in a hospital setting highly preferred. Must have clear understanding of medical terminology for Obstetrics, work well with doctors and other staff. Must be able to work with patients professionally, patient education and triage work. Busy office in U of R area. Eastside location.  Up to $17hr., benefits and great retirement plan. Hours M-F 9 am – 5:30 pm, no weekends, no holiday, no nights.
